How Do I Register?
Please print out and complete the Release/Reservation Form, which allows for the media to photograph your child(ren) and provides information about your children so Santa knows what to deliver! Please return the reservation form no later than December 7, 2005. You can respond in one of the following ways:

Ways You Can Be Involved
- Allow for a toy drop box to be placed in the front of your facility during December 2, 2005
- Provide monetary donations for gift purchases
- Allow for a discount to purchase items needed for the event
- Donate:
- Supplies for one holiday craft
- Christmas themed prizes for games
- Christmas decorations for the event
- Polaroid film for pictures with Santa
- Donate gifts!
