Due to the slumping economy and weakness in the job market, businesses are looking for more creative, more efficient and more cost effective ways to try and identify and recruit top talent to their companies. Pr octer& Gamble is no exception. While their overall new hire targets might be down, they view identifying and hiring the best and the brightest that universities have to offer are critical and essential to sustaining P&G’s long time culture for success and growth as a “hire from within” company.
Mike Gartner, DRES's direct contact w/ P&G, as well as several other members from our People with Disabilities Channel Recruiting Team to talk candidates through their recruiting process and to learn more about the opportunities within P&G.
They are looking for Juniors and Seniors who are interested in full time and intern opportunities with disciplines in: Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing, Quantitative Analysis, etc.
