This workshop will be an interactive presentation covering the following topics: how to determine your status in a course, goal setting/academic coaching, organizing/structuring course materials, as well as strategies for active reading/learning, memory and test preparation and test taking. We will have Michelle Priddy, Outreach Coordinator for the Midwest Alliance as our guest speaker at the beginning of the presentation. The workshop will be co-presented by Karen Wold and two DRES grad interns, Maggie Carroll and Carmen Sutherland. In order to know how many copies of materials to provide, please RSVP to Karen Wold by Friday, October 2.
