Using OMNI 1000 with Shortcut Keys

Adjusting how the screen is read

When you open a file, Omni 1000 says the page number, then begins reading at the beginning of the page. Press F5 to stop or restart reading.

To adjust the reading volume:

1. Adjust the volume control on your system speakers to control how loud or soft the voice is.

To adjust the reading speed:

1. Press F11to increase the reading speed.
2. Press F12 to decrease the reading speed.
