Adjusting the colors on the screen

From the Settings menu, choose one of the following:

  1. Text Colors and Font - choose this if your document is in text format (with an extension of .txt or .rtf).
  2. Image colors - choose this if your document was scanned directly in to the Omni screen.

A dialog window will come up, in which you can choose the desired colors.

From the Text Colors dialog box, you can choose the colors for:

  1. Text
  2. Background
  3. Word highlight
  4. Section highlight

Two steps to choose the text format colors:

  1. Click on the desired color for each option; the chosen color will appear in the box at the end of the word.
  2. At the bottom of the color sections, there is a preview window, in which you can see how your chosen colors will look. If correct, click OK.

You also have the option of choosing "Default", which will use preset colors. Click on the Default button to see what those colors are.

Image colors:

In the Image Colors dialog box, you can choose:

  1. One of four preselected color combinations for the word and section highlights.
  2. A selection highlight (the cursor location is highlighted in this color)
  3. Whether or not to have a box around the image highlights.

Two steps to choose the desired image colors:

  1. Click on the desired color for each option; the selected color will be indicated.
  2. Click OK when you have completed your selections.
