Explorer 4.0: Changing colors

Ten steps to change colors using Options in Explorer 4.0
- It is not possible to change colors in Explorer 4.0 without using the
mouse.
- Press ALT+V to pull down the View menu.
- Press O to open Internet Options dialog box.
- Press ALT+O to open the Colors window.
- Press ALT+W to remove the check mark next to Use Windows Colors.
- Left click on the colored box next to the word Text. A window with color
choices for text will appear.
- Left click on the desired text color and press the ENTER key. The Color
window will close and you will return to the Colors window.
- Left click on the colored box next to the word Background. A window with
color choices for the background will appear.
- Left click on the desired background color and press the ENTER key. The
Color window will close and you will return to the Colors window.
- Press the ENTER key and the Colors window will close.
- Press the ENTER key again and the Internet Options window will close.

- Change the colors using the
Accessibility Options
- Press ALT+V to pull down the view menu.
- Press O to open the Internet Options dialog box.
- Press ALT+O to open the colors dialog box.
- Put a checkmark next to Use Windows Colors. If there is not a checkmark
press W, if there is do nothing.
- Press the ENTER key to return to the Internet Options dialog box.
- Press the ENTER key again to close the Internet Options dialog box.
