Explorer 4.0: going to a new location

Two steps to open a new location

1. Press CTRL+O to open the Open dialog box
2. Type in the name of the location and press the ENTER key
   For example:
   • Press CTRL+O
   • Type in "www.als.uiuc.edu" and press ENTER to open the University of Illinois, College of Applied Life Studies web page

Stopping or reloading pages

• Press ESC to stop the page from being downloaded. You may want to do this if it is taking too long for a page to load.
• PressF5 to refresh the current page.
