Switching Between Programs and Windows

To switch to the next program press ALT+TAB.

To switch to the previous program press ALT+SHIFT+TAB.

To switch to the next presentation window press CTRL+F6.

To switch to the previous presentation window press CTRL+SHIFT+F6.

Maximizing and Minimizing Presentation Windows

To minimize the presentation window press CTRL+F9.

To maximize the presentation window press CTRL+F10.

Restoring and Closing Presentation Windows

To show the Windows Start menu press CTRL+ESC.

To close the active presentation window press CTRL+W.

To restore the active presentation window press CTRL+F5.

Applying Commands

To carry out the Move command (presentation icon menu, menu bar) press CTRL+F7.

To carry out the Size command (presentation icon menu, menu bar) press CTRL+F8.

Selecting Folders and Toolbar Buttons

To select a folder in the Open or Save As dialog box (File menu) press ALT+0 (zero) to select the folder list, then the up or down arrow keys to select a folder.

To select a toolbar button in the Open or Save As dialog box (File menu) press ALT+1 for the leftmost button, ALT+2 for the next, and so on.

Updating Files

To update the files visible in the Open or Save As dialog box (File menu) press F5.
