Changing the Letter Case using Shortcut Keys
Four steps to change the letter case
- Select the text that will have
the change of letter case.
- Press SHIFT+F3.
- Word 7.0 can change the case to all lowercase letters, standard sentence
form, or all capital letters. Continue to press the SHIFT+F3 until
you reach your desired change of letter case.
- When you have reached your change of letter case, press the left or right
cursor key to deselect the text in order to continue typing.

- Select the text that will have
the change of letter case.
- Press CTRL+SHIFT+A.
- Press the left or right cursor key to deselect the text in order to
continue typing.
- To remove the capital font, press CTRL+SHIFT+A.
Four steps to format all
letters as small capital
- Select the text that will have
small capitals.
- Press CTRL+SHIFT+K.
- Press the left or right cursor key to deselect the text in order to
continue typing.
- To remove the small capital font, press CTRL+SHIFT+K.
