Using ZoomText Xtra! with shortcut keys
Adjusting the screen colors
Color filtering is used in ZoomText Xtra! to modify the normal screen
colors, thus providing reduced glare and improved contrast. In ZoomText Xtra!,
there are three filtering options which are available: color inverting,
contrast boost, and gray-scale conversion. These options can be used
individually or in any combination.
To select color filtering options:
- Press ALT+O; the Options menu will open.
- Press D to select Display; the Display dialog box will open.
- Press TAB until the Magnification tab at the top of the screen
is highlighted, then press the right or left arrows until the Colors tab is
highlighted.
- Make the desired selections:
- Press TAB until the desired trait is highlighted,
then press the up or down arrows until the desired choice is highlighted.
- Press ENTER to select your choices and close the Display dialog
box.
To enable or disable color filtering:
- Press CTRL+SHIFT+F.
