Summary of ZoomText Xtra! Shortcut Keys

The following tables give some shortcut commands used by ZoomText Xtra! In each table, the left column lists actions you may want to perform and the right column lists the keyboard shortcuts for performing those actions.

To start or exit ZoomText Xtra!

To turn ZoomText Xtra! on or off (deactivate or reactivate)

To minimize (hide) or restore ZoomText Xtra!

Using the scroll tool

To jump to an edge or the center of the screen

To increase or decrease magnification

To start or exit ZoomText Xtra!:

Action	Keyboard Shortcut
Start ZoomText Xtra!	CTRL+ESC P use the up or down arrows to select Zoom Text Xtra! ENTER Choose ZoomText Xtra Level 2 ENTER
Exit ZoomText Xtra!	Alt+F+X

To turn ZoomText Xtra! on or off (deactivate or reactivate):

Action	Keyboard Shortcut
Deactivate ZoomText Xtra!	ALT+DELETE
Reactivate ZoomText Xtra!	ALT+INSERT

To minimize (hide) or restore ZoomText Xtra!:

Action	Keyboard Shortcut
Minimize ZoomTextX	With the User Interface active, press ESC
Restore ZoomTextX	CTRL+SHIFT+U or ALT+INSERT

Using the scroll tool:

Action	Keyboard Shortcut
Use the Scroll tool	CTRL+SHIFT+S
Scroll right	ALT+right arrow
Scroll left	ALT+left arrow
Scroll up	ALT+up arrow
Scroll down	ALT+down arrow
Stop scrolling	Release the ALT key

To jump to an edge or the center of the screen

Action	Keyboard Shortcut
Jump to the left edge	ALT+HOME
Jump to the right edge	ALT+END
Jump to the top edge	ALT+PAGE UP
Jump to the bottom edge	ALT+PAGE DOWN
Jump to the center	ALT+ numpad 5

To increase or decrease magnification in the primary zoom window:

Action	Keyboard Shortcut
Increase magnification	ALT+ + (numpad plus sign)
Decrease magnification	ALT + - (numpad minus sign)
