Mobility International USA (MIUSA) is excited to offer the following
opportunity! People with visible and nonvisible disabilities between the ages of 18-24 years
old are invited to apply for MIUSA's Summer 2009 Costa Rica:
Cross-Cultural Perspectives on Disability Rights Leadership program.
Generous scholarships are available. Participants will have the
opportunity to share perspectives on disability with the local
community, develop leadership skills, experience Costa Rican culture by

First time international travelers and those from
cultural minority and low-income backgrounds are
encouraged to apply. ASL staff interpreters and materials in

Leadership Exchange Program is funded by the New York Community
Trust DeWitt Wallace/Youth Travel Enrichment Fund and
administered by Mobility International USA to provide an
educational travel opportunity to youth with disabilities from
diverse communities.
