Writer's Workshop - Personal Statement Workshops |

| Subject: Personal Statement workshops The Writers Workshop is offering brief personal statement workshops in room 251 Undergraduate Library for students who are writing personal statements or any other type of application essay. Students should call 333-8796 to a reserve a spot at one of these times: Tuesday, November 10, 4:00 pm Wednesday, November 11, 4:00 pm Thursday, November 12, 4:00 pm Sessions will be interactive, starting with a brief presentation given by our consultants introducing the concept of personal statements, followed by a discussion on some strategies and pitfalls, sample statements, and time for questions and answers. Students will also have an opportunity to get individual feedback on their own personal statements if time allows.
